Hoodoo Highway

I was picking up a few items in Kroger yesterday. I have seen the sushi them making the sushi fresh in the store but never opted to try it. Something about it coming from Kroger, I reckon.

Yesterday I took the plunge and got the Vegetable Roll for about $4.50. It comes in a cute little take out container with all the fixins (as we say around here) wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce. You get a generous portion (I snapped the photo after eating 4 pieces). It was YUMMMY. I will definitely get that again. Quick and inexpensive, as far as sushi goes. What next? Bento Boxes to go?
